The 100-year development objectives were created by Virginie Guignard Legros in order to structure the actions, programs and technologies of REGENERATION MATRIX group (RMX). After trying to fit into the framework of the 17 United Nations SDGs, it turned out that the programs initiated by RMX had great difficulty fitting into the very paternalistic and large organization-oriented classic framework.
